You pick up a chair and launch it at the window. The window does not break but rather cracks and fragments like decaying plaster.

The house shakes and you begin to watch as the window crumbles further.

Light begins to show through cracks as the facade of the window disintegrates. The house around you begins cracking apart. All you can do is force your way through the crumbling edifice of the window and hope for the best.
